Please keep in mind, once your child completes the class, they will have a recorded hour completed under the Heart of Our Future Foundation. If they continue to take classes either independently or with their team, it’ll accrue on their account.

This class is:
- Beginner Friendly
- Sports focused (to whichever sport your child plays)
- Incorporates breathwork at the end

If you have not completed the intake form prior to the scheduled time, your child will not be able to participate.

What your child will need:
- yoga mat (or blanket)
- water to use after the class
